I have been visiting a friend in the Memory Care department and thought I should share my experiences. As another person stated the visit begins with Lisa's warm smile when I arrive. She's always a pleasure. In the Memory Care department my friend and every other person there is cared for by Georgette, Barbara, Chrisea, Tracy and the rest of the team. These ladies really interact and look after the residents. And it is not an easy task. Most if not all of the residents in Memory Care need a lot of assistance. And the team really tries to help everyone individually. This is, to me, a very sad environment since these seniors will only be getting progressively worse. And I see and hear the real concern from the staff. If I had to add anything else other than to thank these ladies it would be that they could use more help. More staff. Not only are they limited by the demands made of them by the patients there is also the emotional toll on them. The whole staff does a great job but only by hiring more personnel can they give these patients the extra help they need.

NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER....my husband and I were trying to find a perfect fit for my very young at heart 87 year old mother. The administrator Karen was absolutely amazing..So helpful..informative and genuine..She showed us every nook and cranny of the preserve. She showed us each option that we could choose..Karen made the experience so easy..The Preserve is very upbeat..many activities are offered..it is extremely well kept..staff members are friendly and the residents are all happy!!!!! Karen went over and above our expectations..THANK YOU!!!!!

The Preserve stands out from other communities, super special, caring, loving the sales staff super helpful every step of the way accommodating Teresa wanna give her a shout out her patience in valuable. Maintenance Mr. Garfield solving problems, compassionate, and knowledgeable wonderful place for seniors.

My mother has been a resident at the Preserve for almost a year. The food is good, the price is reasonable, and there are a number of events that she takes part in and enjoys. Most important, however, is the quality of the aides and nurses who look after my mom. Their kindness and skills are exceptional. Two in particular that have been helping care for my mom are Chantale Clervin and Darshalee (whose last name I didn't catch). They make my mother feel safe and cared for, and are a great comfort to my brother and I who live far away and only get to visit every so often.

The Clinical staff and Home Health are very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate to the residents.
Everyone is very cordial, receptive and caring of the residents, and you can tell that the residents love them due to them always speaking very highly of them!!This place is always clean and well maintained.

My family and I would like to thank the amazing team members who have taken such great care of our mother at The Preserve at Palm-Aire. To begin with, J.J. is truly devoted to caregiving and we have been so fortunate to have her caring for our mother. (It’s like we won the lottery!) Fredeline brings her smile and calm energy into every room. Cherrill handles my mother’s medications in meticulous fashion and always delivers them right on schedule. Charmaine, Monique and Chantal help complete the dream team of compassionate healthcare professionals. Also, we cannot forget Lisa in the reception area who is always so pleasant and welcoming whenever we visit. You have all become part of our family and we are grateful for your dedication and kindness

I just want to say how grateful we are to Darien for making my mom’s 80th birthday so special. He really went above and beyond, handling all the details, working with the caterer, and making sure everything ran smoothly.
What meant the most was how much he genuinely cared. He made my mom feel celebrated and took a lot of stress off our family so we could actually enjoy the day.
It was a beautiful, easy, and memorable celebration thanks to him. We truly appreciate it.

As a home health nurse, I have been visiting many facilities for the last 18 years and I cannot say enough good things about the staff team at Preserve at Palm Aire. They are very professional and amicable people, especially Lisa Aarons, who provides help and a great first impression for the facility from the front desk. Lisa is ver efficient and always makes residents and visitors feel welcome. As a nurse, whenever I am assigned to see patients at Preserve, I receive great support from the nurses at the Wellness Center or Nurse Station. They are excellent and knowledgeable nurses, especially Farah Jean-Claude and Berniel Lafontant that, even though they are very busy, they always help me. To finish, I would like to say that at Preserve , the rooms are organized, clean, and professional looking and the dinning area is like a luxury restaurant. The Preserve at Palm Aire is the place if you want to ensure your loved ones live safely, and happily.

The Preserve at Palm Aire is a great facility with caring and loving staff members. The facility itself is well priced offering a multitude of activities for senior living, as well as a Food service that is like going to a restaurant. The Staff that I have personally interacted with are Karen Director of Sales, Morgan Hyde, Assistant Director of Sales, and Nick Dining Manager. These representatives go above and beyond to make sure that your loved one has the best daily experience and assist with all of their moving in needs. I have also met three of the maintenance gentlemen; Ray, Albert, and Matthew helping ready an apartment to be lived in. I highly recommend The Preserve at Palm Aire as a facility for a loved one to move into and be treated as part of the family!

Choosing the right senior living community is both an emotional and a financial decision. Our team is here to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.
As a monthly rental community, we offer the flexibility of an annual residency agreement without the large upfront entrance fee. Monthly apartment rates vary based on type, location, and features. You can view starting apartment prices on our floor plans page.
For residents in assisted living and personal care, monthly care fees are tiered and determined by a nurse’s assessment. In memory care, pricing is all-inclusive.
